1. Are you going to school this year?
• Yes
2. If yes, where are you going (high school, college, etc.)? If no, when did you graduate?
• I am currently enrolled in the Medaille College Accel Program for my BBA.
3. What are/were your favorite school subjects?
• This is a rough one, on one hand, I loved the programming classes that I have taken, and the math ones too. I like to be challenged, and I like to achieve. I guess the best answer would be a "cop out" answer, and say that my favorite classes are all the ones that I did not dislike (see below)
4. What are/were your least favorite school subjects?
• Accounting! Seriously, I had a very difficult time with Accounting. The homework was intense, and there was a lot of it. Never in my life have I put so much effort into a class and still not understand it. I have one more accounting class to do, which is early next year. *shiver*. There have been classes where I liked the subject, but disliked the instructors. I had an algebra instructor who hardly spoke english, a Literature instructor who had his head in his ass, and a "social studies" teacher who just an absolute prick.
5. Have you ever had a favorite teacher? Why was he/she a favorite?
• Yes, I have had a few... Way too many to mention all of them and explain why. Plus, I am no good with names, so I do not remember all of their names, is that really terrible? I'll give props to a few.
• Miss Paycheck - She was my Kindergarten teacher, I had a crush on her. She treated me nice, even though I was a problem child. I remember that once when I was "bad" I had to go into the back room, get the paddle (which was this flat wooden paddle with holes drilled through it) pull down my pants, and wait for her. She spanked me a few times. But all-in-all, I still liked her... Maybe it was because she was my first. (my first TEACHER, you pervert)
• Mrs Winkler - I think this was the 4^th grade. She was really cool, she was all "new age" and showed us all how to meditate. I do not remember much about what she taught, but she was just really cool
• Mr Bearl - He was my 7^th grade science teacher (I think). He was not really a great teacher, but he introduced me to science and "challenged" us all to think. I think he was a little bit of a pervert, and recently looked back at some of the things he said and did and wonder if he wasn't a pedophile, but that's another story for another day.
• Paul Carmody - He taught me "English" in High school, and was actually kind of a dick, but his enthusiasm of literature was refreshing, and broke me away from only reading books in the horror/occult genres
• ??? - I feel bad that I cannot remember his name at all, but he taught a humanities class on the Medaille main campus and was just an all around great guy. He is one of those people that I could just listen to for hours.
• I am sure there are more, and since I am continuing with my education I am also hopeful that the list will continue to grow.

Well, I finally went and did it. After years and years of saying "Oh, I should do that", I finally entered a bill on Where's George. I know, it is not too exciting. But, Every time I see a dollar with "wheresgeorge.com" written on it, I always tell myself to make an entry. So I did. The Bill is a One Dollar 2001 series with the ID# C40799031D.

So, this weekend... I'm going camping in Allegheny. I have not been camping in ages! Well, I'm not really going "camping" This is more like "camping-lite". There is electricity, but no running water. It is a cabin, not a tent, and the beds are a "cot" for you to put your sleeping bag on.

The closest thing I will have to running water is when I run to the pump and run back with a bucket. This will only be for dishes, as I am bringing 48 bottles of Poland Spring. and the showers are in a building, not a bath house, thankfully.

I leave tomorrow morning around 8:00am. And will be returning Monday morning (Monday is a holiday). I have not packed yet and am still trying to decide what to bring.

This will be (more-or-less) the same group of people I went to Disney with back in March of '01, so I am not exactly 100% Thrilled to be going. Not that they, any of them, are "bad" people... Just that there are going to be 14 people there plus one dog, all with varied, and at times conflicting, personalities. Four of the fourteen are under the age of six, and I am one of those people that is always "stressed" that something will happen to the kids. Yes, children that do not listen really stress me out!

Of the fourteen people, I will be one of three people not related, and I am very aware of my status as an "outsider". So, I will be bringing a few books. Because I have a feeling that I will be doing a lot of reading. Don't get me wrong, I am sure that I will have a good time. I just do not do well in large groups when it comes to certain things.

I have not decided which books I will be bringing, but here are the contenders: Diary - Chuck Palahniuk, The Divine Comedy - Dante Alighieri, 28 Days Later - Alex Garland, Slaughtermatic - Steve Aylett, Crumbtown - Joe Connelly, or Marabou Stork Nightmares - Irvine Welsh.

Right now I'm thinking 28 days later, and Slaughtermatic. I want to read Crumbtown, but it is a hardcover and I don't think that it will go well with camping.

Tonight will be a busy one. Shopping, Laundry, Packing, checking, and I am also getting a haircut. There will also be no computer there... Why could I not have a laptop? Actually, I get my laptop on October 10th I think... yay!!!
